What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Closer position at Trova?
We are seeking a closer to support our Winter Park real estate office with a strong emphasis on bringing an existing, active book of business. This role is best suited for a relationship-driven professional who already has established referral sources and can immediately contribute to the growth of both locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with agents, lenders, attorneys, and repeat clients, and be capable of both maintaining and expanding that business. In addition to business development, the role requires the ability to manage the client experience from contract to closing and conduct closings in both office locations as needed.
This is a production-focused role for someone who can pair a meaningful book of business with strong service, professionalism, and execution. Title license is not required.
Compensation is $50,000 to $75,000 base salary, depending on experience and strength of book of business, plus commission and bonus opportunity.
