Location: Distribution CenterPosition SummaryThe Prepack & Rollout Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing Prepack and Rollout projects within the Distribution Center. This role ensures timely, accurate execution through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between VAS Coordinators, Warehouse Operations, PIC, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Care teams
- Review and verify Prepack and Rollout orders, including stock transfers and special-order receipts
- Ensure all shipment requirements are met, including labeling, pallet specifications, and dock access
- Conduct quality and accuracy audits for high-profile and international shipments
- Track project timelines and progress using calendars, tracking tools, and checklists
- Coordinate delivery instructions and monitor shipment status with carriers
- Create and verify shipments, group waves, and ensure packing accuracy within SAP
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and pallet IDs
- Obtain freight rates and complete shipment cost documentation
- Support the VAS team with invoicing and promptly resolve inquiries
- Escalate issues as needed and keep Distribution Center and VAS leadership informed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
OR
High School diploma or GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Experience working with SAP
- Background in distribution center or warehouse operations
