Temporary Purchasing Specialist -
Location: Naperville, IL
Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within manufacturing
- Proven track record in inventory control, Kanban, and Blanket Order processing
- Strong analytical skills to compile and analyze cost budgets
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret instructions from various sources and work under pressure
Additional Skills That Stand Out:
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Background in purchasing raw materials
- Knowledge of safety rules, operating manuals, and blueprints
Ideal Education & Experience:
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Prior work in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform reaching, bending, or twisting as needed
- Commitment to upholding ISO and OSHA standards
- Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and additional duties as assigned
