Business Development Manager – Trova Advisory Group
Reports To: Vice President, Sales
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 base uncapped commission (weekly pay)

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in‑person meetings
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and staffing challenges
- Present and sell contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leaders
- Expand existing accounts through consistent follow‑up and service excellence
- Conduct client visits, capability presentations, and quarterly business reviews
- Strategic Sales Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Stay informed on trends within professional staffing and talent acquisition
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve market positioning
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 75% for client meetings and events
