Financial Analyst

Position: Financial Analyst

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Location: Franklin, WI (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly financial reports
• Accurately calculate and validate sales commissions on a regular schedule
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Contribute to inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial reporting
• Enhance reporting tools, internal controls, and financial processes
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses to support business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing, the food industry, or inventory management is preferred
