Position: Financial Analyst
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Location: Franklin, WI (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly financial reports
- Accurately calculate and validate sales commissions on a regular schedule
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial reporting
- Enhance reporting tools, internal controls, and financial processes
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses to support business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, the food industry, or inventory management is preferred
