We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Booker to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for scheduling service appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers into the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers via phone, text, or email
- Gather detailed vehicle and service information to properly book appointments
- Coordinate scheduling with service advisors and shop capacity
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally
- Maintain and update customer records in the dealership management system (DMS)
- Assist with outbound calls for service reminders, recalls, and maintenance follow-ups
- Ensure all appointments are properly documented and communicated to the service team
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive dealership preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or DMS
