Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm customer service appointments
Create, open, and manage Repair Orders (ROs) accurately
Coordinate service scheduling to maximize shop efficiency
Assist service advisors and technicians with day-to-day administrative support
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Support overall service department operations in a fast-paced dealership environment
Qualifications:
Previous Administrative, Scheduling, Or Customer Service Experience Required
Automotive dealership or service department experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
