We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to join a high-impact Home Lending Data Modernization & Regulatory Reporting Transformation initiative. This role focuses on migrating legacy systems to a scalable GCP (BigQuery) environment and supporting FR Y-14M Mortgage Regulatory Reporting.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design conceptual, logical & physical data models for Home Lending & regulatory reporting
β’ Build scalable data models optimized for GCP BigQuery
β’ Support FR Y-14M reporting (Loan-level, borrower, property, delinquency data, etc.)
β’ Translate regulatory requirements into data structures
β’ Drive data modernization (Raw, Curated, Business, Reporting layers)
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders across data, risk, governance & engineering teams
β’ Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and compliance
πΉ Required Experience:
β’ 12 years of Data Modeling experience
β’ Strong background in Banking / Financial Services
β’ Hands-on experience with Mortgage (Origination & Servicing) data
β’ Experience with FR Y-14 / Regulatory Reporting
β’ Expertise in GCP (BigQuery) and modern data warehousing
πΉ Technical Skills:
β’ Data Modeling: Dimensional, Data Vault, Star/Snowflake schemas
β’ Tools: ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner
β’ Platforms: GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub)
β’ Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Hive
β’ Strong knowledge of Data Governance, MDM, Metadata & Lineage
β Preferred:
β’ Experience with large U.S. banks
β’ Agile environment exposure
β’ Familiarity with AI-driven data tools
Salary : $70 - $75
