Architecture Strategy & Solution Design:
-Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for the Home Lending data ecosystem.
-Establish target-state cloud architecture supporting FR Y-14M reporting requirements.
-Design scalable and resilient GCP-based data platforms supporting regulatory, operational, and analytical workloads.
-Develop architectural roadmaps supporting modernization and legacy retirement initiatives.
-Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and guidelines.
-Lead architecture governance reviews and design approvals.
Home Lending Data Architecture:
-Define foundational Home Lending enterprise data models.
-Establish canonical data structures supporting mortgage origination, servicing, loan performance, customer, collateral, property, and delinquency domains.
-Ensure standardized data definitions, business rules, and data lineage across the ecosystem.
-Align data architecture with business and regulatory reporting requirements.
-Establish reusable data domains and common data services.
Cloud Modernization & Migration:
-Lead modernization of legacy platforms and data processing frameworks.
-Define migration approach for legacy technologies including:
-Ab Initio
-SAS
-Teradata
-Legacy ETL applications
-Design migration patterns for cloud-native implementation.
-Define data onboarding standards and implementation methodologies.
-Support application rationalization and technology simplification initiatives.
Data Integration & Engineering Architecture:
-Define ingestion, transformation, and consumption architecture.
-Design batch, CDC, and streaming architectures.
-Establish scalable integration patterns utilizing:
-Dataflow
-Pub/Sub
-Dataproc
-BigQuery
-Review engineering designs and implementation approaches.
-Ensure optimal scalability, performance, and reliability.
Metadata, Lineage & Governance:
-Establish enterprise metadata and lineage framework.
-Define end-to-end data traceability standards supporting FR Y-14M reporting.
-Ensure source-to-target lineage documentation.
-Support Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives.
-Enable audit-ready documentation and reporting capabilities.
Controls & Automation:
-Define framework for automated data quality controls.
-Establish reconciliation architecture and validation processes.
-Support implementation of automated monitoring and exception management capabilities.
-Ensure control coverage throughout ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers.
Stakeholder Management:

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
-12 years of Data, Integration, or Solution Architecture experience.
-7 years architecting large-scale enterprise data platforms.
-Experience leading cloud modernization programs.
-Experience within large Banking or Financial Services organizations.
-Experience supporting FR Y-14M reporting environments.
-Strong Home Lending and Mortgage domain experience.
