Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated technician who can support the physical

demands of day-to-day dyno lab operations. This role requires someone who is

comfortable with hands-on, physically intensive work and takes pride in being

actively engaged on the floor.

The Role:

Shifts available: Morning and Swing

• Physically install and set up test articles on test beds.
• Execute both standard and lower risk non-standard tests.
• Provide organized and detailed feedback to test requestors during tests.
• Regularly update test tickets with precise findings and notes to support the Creation of test reports.
• Regularly interact directly with engineers from various cross-functional teams.
• Execution with basic data acquisition systems and related instrumentation.
• Work successfully in an independent capacity with minimal guidance.
• Diagnose and debug basic issues at a system, modular, and component level with a precise and methodical approach- Escalate internally as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on test cells.
• Exercise consistent safety and organization practices in the lab.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of automotive or related technician experience.  Strong work ethic with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks daily

Demonstrates a proactive, self-starting mindset and takes ownership of responsibilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Positive attitude toward hands-on work; no hesitation performing physical tasks as part of the job

Strong organization and clean work environment habits 5S knowledge.  Strong verbal and written communication skills
