About the Role

Our client is seeking a global accounting leader who can enhance financial operations and deliver the clarity needed for stronger decision-making across the business. You’ll lead key accounting processes, refine reporting and controls, and work closely with senior leadership. The position offers meaningful impact and a defined path to expanded responsibility.

What You'll Own

 Serve as the strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring integrity, compliance, and transparency across all reporting

 Shape the global close and consolidation process, delivering accurate results that inspire confidence with executives, regulators, and investors

 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy to fuel growth and safeguard liquidity

 Build and enforce robust internal controls and scalable systems that protect assets and enable expansion

 Partner with the executive team and P&L leaders to translate financial insights into business strategy

 Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the accounting organization

 Mentor and develop a high‑performing team, positioning finance as a trusted advisor across the enterprise

What We'd Like

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred

 Progressive accounting experience, ideally a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting

 Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and globally recognized reporting frameworks

 Advanced Excel skills and ERP integration and financial system implementation experience

 You’re a natural connector by translating complexity, building alignment, and navigating challenges with calm precision

 You take initiative, drive improvements, and bring a sharp eye for accuracy and process refinement
