Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and oversee team of 5 individuals
- Support and oversee month-end close including accounting close schedules, review of key account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Cross collaborate with IT, corporate accounting team, and FP&A team to support monthly and yearly reporting requirements
- Perform payroll functions
- Prepare financial statements and journal entries
- Budget vs. actual variance analysis
- Other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects
Accounting Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field
- 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
- At least 5-10 years of Accounting experience required
- CPA license preferred, not required
