Property Accounting Manager

OverviewResponsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, supporting budgets and forecasts, overseeing cash management, and leading accounting staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries and support month‑end close.Produce P&L, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.Manage accounts payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Oversee accounting for properties, projects, and acquisitions.Supervise and mentor accounting team members.Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.Qualifications7 years of progressive accounting experience (real estate or construction preferred).Strong software skills, especially Excel and accounting platforms.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.High level of integrity and professionalism.EducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
