What You’ll Own
> Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, digging into discrepancies and analyzing trends to ensure accuracy and clarity
> Conduct timely, insightful financial analysis for key balance sheet and income statement accounts, translating complex trends and variances into actionable commentary for management reporting
> Prepare and post journal entries that keep financial records precise and support decision-making
> Support month-end close by coordinating key activities and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
> Cultivate the professional growth of junior staff by actively mentoring them and sharing advanced technical expertise, thereby demonstrating your leadership potential and influence
> Assist with audit documentation, gathering and organizing information to streamline review processes
> Drive process improvements, identifying opportunities to make accounting workflows more effective and efficient
What We’d Like
> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
> 4 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, demonstrating technical mastery of GAAP
> Highly self-motivated and meticulous in execution, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the integrity of financial deliverables
> A professional and curious problem-solver who excels both at working independently to manage complex processes and collaborating proactively across departments to achieve results
