Executive Assistant
This organization is seeking an established EA for VP and C-Level support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties for VP and C-level to include scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance, ordering supplies, travel, expense reports, file/document management, mail distribution, meeting coordination, arranging food/beverage, process and track invoice.
- Prepare board materials
- Serve as back-up to front desk, provide additional admin support as assigned
- Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the SVP/COO 's time and office.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the SVP/COO's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management team.
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects for the SVP/COO, some of which may have organizational impact.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of administrative experience
- 1-2 years of VP/C-level EA experience for a medium-large company
- Previous management experience preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
