Summary
- TriSource is hiring a driven, experienced staffing sales professional to grow our Accounting, Finance, HR, Administrative, and Legal divisions.
- This is a revenue-driving business development role. You will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, client meetings, closing, and account growth — working alongside our recruiting team to deliver top-tier talent solutions.
- In addition to driving new client acquisition, this role includes reactivating and expanding previously established client agreements that present immediate growth opportunities.
- We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of staffing industry sales experience who understands how to sell both temporary staffing and direct hire services.
- We are a privately held firm with strong decision-making speed and no corporate red tape.
- There is an opportunity to grow into senior leadership as the division expands.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person meetings
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy
- Sell staff augmentation (contract/temporary) and direct hire recruiting services
- Build long-term partnerships with CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Partner with recruiters to ensure successful delivery
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year staffing industry sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to generate new client accounts
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting
- Strong closing skills
- Competitive, performance-driven personality
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience
- Desire to grow income through commissions
