FP&A Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in driving financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and partnering with leadership on growth initiatives, including M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, KPIs, and operational drivers
- Prepare and present monthly reporting packages to senior leadership and investors
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
- Partner with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
- Support key strategic initiatives, including growth planning, service line expansion, and cost optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track performance across business units and locations
M&A and Due Diligence
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities, including financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Perform financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, revenue analysis, and cost structure assessments
- Assist in post-acquisition integration, tracking synergies and performance against deal models
Reporting & Controls
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and alignment with forecasts
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Improve and automate financial reporting processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or public accounting
- Experience with financial due diligence, M&A, and/or financial audit
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience working with or supporting private equity-backed organizations preferred
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in FP&A along with experience in financial due diligence, audit, consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory. Prior exposure to healthcare services, particularly investor-backed physician practice management (PPM) organizations and/or ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), is strongly preferred.

Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
