About the Role
As a People Experience Manager (FTC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day experiences of colleagues across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to ensuring our people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams across multiple regions, acting as a champion for our values and a catalyst for positive change. From designing flagship global programs to piloting innovative initiatives, you’ll help elevate the experience of every colleague, every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a portfolio of People Experience (PE) projects and programs focused on wellbeing, engagement, and the future of work.
- Project manage our global People Experience strategic action plan, ensuring accountability, risk management, and timely delivery.
- Drive strategic communications and engagement plans tailored to diverse audiences and seniority levels.
- Embed our flagship learning and development program on culture, supporting our community of Culture Champions.
- Enhance systems, processes, and communication platforms to ensure colleagues have access to up-to-date PE resources.
- Partner with regional teams to translate culture and leadership concepts into actionable initiatives.
- Develop KPIs, track outcomes, and continuously improve project impact and colleague experiences.
Skills & Attributes

- Exceptional stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with proven ability to build consensus across diverse teams.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate/professional services environment.
- Advanced project and program management expertise, including scoping, launching, and delivering complex initiatives.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize work and drive efficiencies.
- Demonstrated commitment to advancing an inclusive, values-led culture.
