Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray / CT)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday Days | $32–$37/hr $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform both X-ray and CT imaging in a hospital-based Radiology Department serving inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient populations. This role offers consistent weekday hours with shared call responsibilities and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, multi-modality imaging team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT procedures per physician orders
Prepare, position, and educate patients to ensure quality imaging and comfort
Operate and maintain imaging equipment following safety and radiation protocols
Provide timely imaging support for inpatient units, ED, and outpatient studies
Participate in rotating on-call coverage
Accurately document exams in Cerner EMR
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
Schedule & Call
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1–2 nights of call per week
Every other weekend call
Monday off following an on-call weekend
20-minute response time required while on call
Department Overview
Hospital Radiology Unit
Covers Mammography, X-ray, CT, and MRI
Typical staffing: 3–4 techs across modalities
1 tech daily assigned to X-ray/CT coverage
Compensation & Benefits
$32–$37/hour (based on experience)
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation allowance up to $1,500 (with receipts)
Qualifications
Required:
Texas Radiologic Technologist License
ARRT Certification
Experience or competency in both X-ray and CT
Additional Information
