Quality Control Technician
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with optional Friday OT
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20 – $35 per hour (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Quality Inspector for a precision manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong manual inspection and gauging experience in a machining or manufacturing environment. While familiarity with CMM equipment (Zeiss preferred) is helpful, the primary focus of this role is hands-on dimensional inspection using manual measurement tools.
This position supports production by ensuring components meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspections using manual gauges and precision measurement tools
Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and other inspection equipment daily
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Perform in-process and final inspections of machined components
Identify and communicate nonconforming parts or measurement issues to production and quality teams
Support quality assurance processes and maintain compliance with company quality standards
Assist with occasional CMM inspections when needed
Required Qualifications
2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
Strong manual measurement and gauging experience
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and height gauges, go no go.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work an early shift (6:00 AM start) with optional Friday overtime
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in precision machining or aerospace manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Zeiss CMM or other CMM inspection systems
Experience working with tight-tolerance machined components
Technical training or certification in Quality, Metrology, or Manufacturing
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20 – $35 per hour depending on experience
