Deburr Technician

Job Title: Production Grinder / Deburr Technician Pay: $18–$20 per hour Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Summary The primary responsibility of this role is sanding, deburring, and grinding finished production parts to meet quality standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring parts are properly finished and ready for final use or shipment. Primary Duties Sand, deburr, and grind finished parts Operate sanders, drills, and other power and hand tools Polish metal and non-metal surfaces Inspect parts for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to use hand and power tools effectively Ability to follow quality standards and instructions Reliable and consistent attendance Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience using hand tools preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, sitting, and standing Use of both hands for pushing, pulling, and operating tools Ability to safely handle and operate hand tools throughout the shift TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER See the great things people are saying by checking out our Google reviews, along with our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter.
