Plumber – Field Service Expert (Journeyman Required)
Pay: $33–$38 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Lunch: Paid 30-Minute Lunch
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Service
Location: Claremore, OK and surrounding service areas
Reporting Structure:
- Training Period (2–4 weeks depending on experience): Report daily to the Claremore location
- After Training: Dispatch directly from home in a take-home company van
- Mondays: All plumbers report to the Claremore location at 7:00 AM for weekly meetings
Plumber – Field Service Expert – Must-Have Requirements
- Must be a licensed Journeyman Plumber
- Previous residential or service plumbing experience required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow company procedures, schedules, and service protocols
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and digital work order systems
Plumber – Field Service Expert – Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join a fast-paced residential service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting repair options to customers, and completing high-quality plumbing work while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working independently in residential service environments. This is a hands-on field role requiring strong communication, technical troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
Plumber – Field Service Expert – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and components
- Perform plumbing service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service process
- Provide accurate estimates and repair recommendations
- Follow company service procedures and scheduling expectations
- Complete digital job notes, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain stocked inventory
- Work closely with dispatch and management regarding scheduling updates
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on every jobsite
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Respond to emergency or urgent service calls as needed
- Review upcoming schedules and ensure materials and equipment are prepared
- Attend Monday morning meetings at the Claremore location
Plumber – Field Service Expert – Additional Qualifications
- Residential service plumbing experience strongly preferred

* Shut off steam, water, or other gases or liquids from pipe sections, using valve keys or wrenches.
* Install underground storm, sanitary, or water piping systems, extending piping as needed to connect fixtures and plumbing.
* Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
* Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels.
* Cut, thread, or hammer pipes to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, or pipe benders.
