- Prepare daily provider schedules and assist with maintaining patient flow throughout the day.
- Communicate appointment delays and scheduling changes to patients and providers as needed.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
- Collect patient co-pays and process payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate patient information within the electronic medical record system.
- Assist clinical and administrative staff with daily office responsibilities as needed.
