What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Source, recruit, and place candidates in industrial roles such as manufacturing, production, logistics, and skilled trades
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Client Partnership
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver strategic staffing solutions
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
Candidate Experience
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and skill assessments
- Match candidates not just on skill—but on culture and long-term fit
Market Expertise
- Stay informed on local market trends, pay ranges, and competitor activity
- Advise clients and candidates with confidence and credibility
Process & Performance
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement
- Continuously improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Recruiting experience (industrial or staffing agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools is a plus

* Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
* Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
* Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
* Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
* Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
* Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
* Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
* Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
* Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
* Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
* Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
* Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
* Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
