Maintenance Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $20–$25/hour to start (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (hours may vary)
On-Call Requirement: Must be available to be on-call when manager is out
Benefits:

Bonuses: $500 after 6 months, $1,000 after 1 year
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician supports the upkeep and functionality of facilities, fleet vehicles, and equipment. This role handles a mix of building maintenance and fleet service responsibilities, helping ensure daily operations run without interruption. Flexibility is key, especially when stepping in for on-call coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CDL license required OR willing and able to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record (no points or moving violations in the past 3 years)
- General knowledge of maintenance for vehicles, generators, and facility systems
- Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable working with tools and performing hands-on repairs
- Physically able to perform maintenance tasks as needed
Primary Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance
- Manage and update work order system for maintenance requests
- Perform routine inspections of facility, grounds, and parking areas
- Identify and report deficiencies or safety concerns
- Repair or replace light fixtures and ceiling tiles
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Perform minor plumbing repairs (sinks, toilets, drains)
- Conduct basic roof inspections as needed
- Coordinate with departments to complete maintenance needs
- Assist with general upkeep and additional duties as assigned
Fleet Maintenance
- Perform and oversee maintenance of company vehicles
- Track and document all repairs (pending and completed)
- Maintain accurate records of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure vehicles are safe, operational, and properly inspected
- Inspect vehicle lighting and trailer connections regularly
- Recommend repairs or replacement based on condition and cost
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
- Review and approve maintenance invoices
- Assist in determining cost-effective repair solutions
- Use basic tools and equipment to complete repairs
