Location: Claremore, OK (Projects in Owasso, Claremore, Skiatook, Collinsville, Oologah, Talala, Nowata)
Pay: $15 – $25/hour (DOE)

Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Must-Have Requirements
- 3–5 years of handyman, maintenance, or construction experience
- Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred)
- Strong attendance and dependability (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on labor
Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Position Summary
- Perform residential maintenance and repair work across multiple job sites
- Handle a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Travel between job sites throughout Northeast Oklahoma
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general home repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry: doors, trim, cabinets, fencing, deck repairs
- Plumbing: replace fixtures, repair leaks, unclog drains
- Electrical: install outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Drywall: patching, hanging, and finishing
- Painting: prep and paint interior/exterior surfaces
- Install appliances (dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.)
- Perform general upkeep (gutter cleaning, power washing, assembly)
- Remove popcorn ceilings
- Travel between job sites as scheduled
- Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness
Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Additional Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read basic work instructions and measurements
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to take direction and adapt to changing job needs
