Pressure Vessel Assembler
Pay: $22–$24 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pressure Vessel Assembler – Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of heavy assembly or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bills of materials
- Overhead crane and forklift experience required
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to learn pressure gauges, applications, and readings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to use hand, air, and power tools safely
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Pressure Vessel Assembler – Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pressure Vessel Assembler for a day shift manufacturing opportunity. This role is responsible for assembling pressure vessel components including piping, valves, burners, gauges, and related systems while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or heavy assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work from blueprints in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Pressure Vessel Assembler – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble piping, gauges, reliefs, burners, valves, and related components
- Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and quality issues
- Verify all connections are properly aligned and sealed
- Properly identify and document vessel parts and components
- Prepare and secure parts and vessels for hydrostatic testing
- Cut and thread pipe as required
- Install, align, and seal flanged pipe systems
- Assist with loading shipments and material handling
- Operate overhead crane and forklift as needed
- Follow company quality standards and production procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Pressure Vessel Assembler – Additional Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing methods preferred
- Ability to detect defects and maintain quality standards
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working around large fabricated components and equipment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
