Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality craftsmanship across a wide range of repair and installation projects.
· Represent Small Project Handyman values of professionalism, reliability, and customer-first service on every job.
· Lead by example and help develop apprentices or junior technicians.
· Problem-solve and communicate clearly with homeowners to build trust.
· Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites in compliance with Oklahoma and OSHA standards.
· Document work through photos and notes in company systems.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years proven handyman experience preferred.
· Strong handyman skills.
· Commitment to craftsmanship as a baseline standard.
· Ability to use a wide variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
· High school diploma or equivalent.

· $52,000 plus annual pay depending on skill and experience.
