Title: CNC Lathe & Mill Machinist
Location: Catoosa, OK
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $25 DOE
Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Haas CNC Lathe & Mill Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathe & mill machines to manufacture precision metal parts that meet tight tolerances and customer specifications.
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and skilled machinist to be part of a high-performing team focused on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Haas CNC lathe & mill machines to produce precision metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet exacting standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Document work and inspection results accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe & mill experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
- Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprint reading
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming a plus
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
