We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HAAS Machinist with experience operating both HAAS lathes and mills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setup and tear down, tool offsets, and editing G-code, with a strong understanding of measurement tools and inspection practices. This is a full-time, first-shift position in a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM, Pay: $24-$27
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain HAAS CNC lathes and mills.

Perform machine setup and tear down efficiently.

Use touch-off probes to accurately set tool lengths and part zeros.

Read, interpret, and edit G-code programs as needed.

Perform tool offsets and verify part dimensions.

Inspect parts using precision measurement tools including:

Micrometers (Mics)
-
Calipers
-
Depth Micrometers
-
ID Micrometers
-
Snap Gauges
-

Ensure quality and accuracy of machined components.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience operating HAAS CNC machines (both lathe and mill).

Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming edits.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
