Back Office Support – Temp to Hire
Locations: McAlester, Ok
Pay:$16-$19
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hours vary by location (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Overview:
We’re hiring two Back Office Support team members to assist with daily administrative and operational tasks at our McAlester location. These are full-time, temp-to-permanent positions offering a steady schedule and the chance to grow within a busy operations environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update 811 locate tickets
Submit and track municipal permit requests
Warehouse and material management
Handle data entry into customer and internal systems
Perform general shop and office duties as needed
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Repetitively lift up to 75 pounds
Valid driver’s license preferred
Able to work up to 40 hours per week
Flexible and adaptable—comfortable with shifting priorities and tasks
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
