Position Overview
Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a highly organized, relational, and mission-driven Family Engagement Coordinator to support and execute advancement initiatives.
This is a collaborative role that works in close partnership with the Director of Advancement to carry forward the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of fundraising, donor engagement, and events.

What This Role IsThis role is:
- A right-hand partner in advancement execution

- Implement advancement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Advancement
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and events
- Ensure consistent follow-through on all advancement priorities
- Heavy contact and relationship management
- Maintain donor records and data integrity in DonorPerfect
- Execute timely and thoughtful donor acknowledgments
- Assist in stewardship efforts that ensure donors feel known and valued
- Lead planning and logistics for major events (Legacy Dinner, donor receptions, etc.)
- Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and timelines
- Ensure excellence in execution from start to finish
- Generate reports and assist with data tracking
- Support communication efforts (emails, mailings, campaign materials)
- Help maintain organized systems and processes across advancement
- Clear, consistent communication with the Director of Advancement
