Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a highly organized, relational, and mission-driven Advancement Coordinator to support the school’s enrollment, marketing, and development efforts.
This role works in close partnership and reporting to the Director of Advancement and plays a key role in ensuring that communication, systems, and experiences across advancement are executed with excellence and consistency.

What This Role DoesThe Advancement Coordinator helps bring alignment and execution across three key areas:
- Enrollment (Admissions Support)
- Marketing & Communications
- Development (Fundraising Support)
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role—not an independent or siloed position. Flexibility, according to seasons and needs, is important.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment & Admissions Support- Support the admissions process in partnership with the Enrollment Coordinator (Denise)
- Track inquiries, applications, and follow-up communication
- Assist with scheduling tours, events, and prospective family communication
- Help ensure a smooth, warm, and timely experience for prospective families
- Assist in executing social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Coordinate content collection (photos, videos, stories from campus life)
- Help maintain consistency in messaging across platforms
- Support promotion of events, admissions, and school initiatives
- Assist with donor communication and stewardship efforts
- Support advancement events (Legacy Dinner, donor receptions, etc.)
- Help maintain donor records and basic reporting as needed
- Coordinate sponsorship communication and fulfillment
- Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables across advancement initiatives
- Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks across departments
- Support internal communication between advancement, admissions, athletics, and fine arts
- Maintain organized systems and processes
- Prospective families feel seen, known, and well-guided through the process
- Marketing and communication are consistent and timely
- Events and campaigns run smoothly
- The Advancement team operates with clarity, organization, and momentum
- The Director of Advancement is freed up to focus on strategy and relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Relational, positive, and service-minded
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Experience in school, nonprofit, marketing, or administrative roles preferred
- Familiarity with social media and basic marketing tools a plus
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
