At TriNetX, we enable life sciences, healthcare, and academic institutions to strengthen human health—with data you can trace, evidence you can defend, and answers you can trust.
Who We Are Looking For:
TriNetX is seeking an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support our Thought Leadership team. This role blends project coordination, operational execution, and mid-level administrative support, providing the backbone that allows our team to consult effectively across the business. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring processes are followed, records are maintained, and take ownership of day-to-day coordination, free up senior leadership, and grow into a trusted internal consultant across the company.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive day-to-day project management and operational execution for the Thought Leadership team. This includes coordinating schedules, handling mid-level administrative needs, attending, leading, and taking notes at meetings, owning follow-ups on action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and maintain internal systems to track team workstreams, KPIs, and deliverables. Report KPIs and progress updates to the C-suite on a regular cadence.
- Partner closely with our commercial team to ensure continuous Salesforce data integrity. A strong QA mindset and attention to detail are essential.
- Support the team's scientific communications work. This includes coordinating the production of scientific papers and reports, as well as enabling other teams to leverage our data effectively.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, update timelines and trackers, and ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Manage documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and quality assurance materials, ensuring all pertinent data are captured and stored correctly.
- Facilitate communication across company verticals (Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Engineering, and others), helping to solve problems, maintain consistency, and align on goals.
- Grow into a primary liaison and Thought Leadership consultant for vertical leads, eventually becoming someone who can represent the team independently and represent the team with confidence across the company.
What You Bring to TriNetX:
- Prior experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or in a similar role with experience working in scientific, epidemiological, clinical, or real-world data (RWD) research-driven environments.
- Experience supporting RWD driven research, project management, and facilitating cross-functional communication across research and commercial teams.
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Public Health or other related field(s).
- Strong foundation of organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure, while keeping detailed records and responding quickly to requests from various stakeholders.
- Strong internal coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to escalate issues constructively and appropriately.
- A high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
- An independent multi-tasker, eager to provide broad support to the Thought Leadership team and grow with the role.
- Comfort with tools like Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Suite, etc. (or willingness to ramp up quickly), and an aptitude for building and maintaining systems that bring order to complex work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the polish and judgment to represent the Thought Leadership team across the organization, including with the C-suit
