Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Fiber / Broadband)

Duration: 06 Months Contract
Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead fiber network construction and deployment projects across multiple markets. This role focuses on managing outside plant (OSP) construction, coordinating vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of fiber / broadband construction projects (FTTH, FTTB, FTTC)
- Manage OSP construction activities, including permitting, trenching, and installation
- Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
- Track project schedules, budgets, and financials, including invoice approvals
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, SOWs, and local regulations
- Maintain construction schedules and manage project dependencies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and timelines
- Support project scoping and ensure smooth handoff for network acceptance
- Travel to field sites to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in telecom / fiber / construction project management
- Strong experience with OSP (Outside Plant) or fiber deployment projects
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction crews
- Hands-on experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Familiarity with FTTH / broadband / fiber network builds
- Comfortable working in both field and remote environments
