Title-IT Help Desk / Desktop Support Technician (REMOTE)
Location: Denver, Colorado
Overview
The IT Help Desk / Desktop Support Technician will work within the Information Technology Services (ITS) team to provide comprehensive technical support across multiple locations statewide. The consultant will assist end users, troubleshoot IT issues, support hardware/software deployments, and maintain a large inventory of desktops, laptops, and networked devices. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 1–3 years of software troubleshooting experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in team-based environments.
- Proven experience in:
- Help desk and desktop support
- Customer service and user interaction
- Active Directory and computer networking
- Imaging and deployment tools (GHOST 8.0 required)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FOG (Free Open Ghost).
- Mobile device support experience.
