Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mac OS / Jamf Pro Engineer/Mac OS/JAMF Support to support Apple device management, application deployment, and configuration management in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with macOS administration, Jamf Pro, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify approved Jamf Pro Smart Groups, Static Groups, policies, configuration profiles, and scripts.
- Develop and maintain Extension Attributes, PreStage Enrollments, enrollment customizations, Self Service items, patch policies, and reporting views.
- Configure and deploy applications from an approved application baseline using standard Jamf Pro deployment capabilities.
- Work with customer-provided installers, source files, software licenses, and vendor information to support application deployment.
- Maintain macOS device configurations and ensure compliance with approved deployment standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate progress, and resolve deployment-related issues.
- Provide clear and timely communication throughout the implementation and support process.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Mac OS / macOS administration and support.
- Experience managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Tampa, FL.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro.
- Knowledge of macOS application deployment, configuration profiles, policies, and device enrollment.
- Experience with scripting, patch management, and endpoint management reporting.

- 10 years of overall professional experience.
- Must be a local candidate available to work 100% onsite in Tampa, FL.
