Title: Business Development Manager - Commercial
Functional Area: Trident Solutions Sales
Reports to: SVP/Director of Sales
Position Description: Drive profitable revenue by capturing business generated by research of industry trends and retain current accounts. Will also work with teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
· Manage assigned accounts through customized sales/marketing programs geared toward year over year sales growth while maintaining margin expectations
· Coordinate meetings and develop relationships with key personnel
· Gain a thorough understanding of the organization to develop a successful strategy to grow revenue within the account of Trident’s product offering
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and margin goals
· Conduct business reviews with key customer decision makers to assess opportunities that are unique in each account targeted at merchandising, marketing, operations, and sales growth
· Aggressively pursue new customer business through strategically generating and qualifying lead opportunities

Working Conditions: Working conditions are high energy and positive for an office environment. Work might require up to 50% travel to trade shows and large customer accounts, which may include weekends and or evening work.
