Job Summary
We are seeking an Assembler - Mechanical III to assemble, test, calibrate, and prepare mechanical assemblies according to bill-of-material requirements, engineering standards, and customer/division specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to bill-of-material (BOM) requirements.
- Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies.
- Test-assemble equipment according to customer and division criteria.
- Operate test equipment in accordance with engineering standards.
- Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools.
- Prepare completed mechanical assemblies for shipment.
- Follow established assembly, testing, safety, and quality procedures.
- Accurately follow work instructions and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical background.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant mechanical/assembly experience.
- Ability to perform mechanical assembly and functional testing.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and test equipment.
