Schedule & Flexibility

What You'll Do
- Service and maintain residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Grow into leadership through our Red Bear Leadership Academy (all expenses paid, including fly-in training with hotel and meals covered)
What You Need
- 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience
- Strong knowledge of residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs
- EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow
