Red Bear Mechanical is a growing, locally owned HVAC contractor serving Carson City and the surrounding area. We are adding an HVAC Installation Specialist to our team for residential and light commercial projects. Position Responsibilities

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC equipment installations
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and related components
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment while protecting the customer's property
• Perform system start-ups and verify proper equipment operation
• Identify and correct installation-related issues
• Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
• Follow manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and applicable codes
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers
• Coordinate with other installers and team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company-provided technology

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on residential or light commercial HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and installation practices
• Mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable using standard HVAC installation tools and equipment
• Ability to safely perform physical work indoors and outdoors throughout the year
• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently or with a crew
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• NATE certification is a plus
• Boiler and/or plumbing experience is highly desirable

• $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
