- Monday - Friday schedule

What You'll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships

What You Need
- 2-5 years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
- Solid knowledge of split systems, package units, and boilers
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
- Strong work ethic and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
