Trident Consulting is seeking a " Manufacturing Operator” for one of our client in " Cleveland, OH” A global leader in business and technology services.
Role: Manufacturing Operator I
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Rate: $21/hr on w2
Shift: Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (2 weeks), then 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Duration: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Operate chemical manufacturing equipment (reactors, pumps, centrifuges, dryers, crystallizers).
- Handle raw materials, chemicals, and production processes safely.
- Follow SOPs, batch records, GMP/GDP, and safety procedures.
- Perform material movement, packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks.
- Conduct basic testing (pH checks) and submit samples to QC.
- Complete production documentation and SAP transactions.
- Maintain housekeeping, PPE compliance, and safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or chemical handling experience preferred.
- Ability to wear a respirator and PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
- Strong attention to safety and procedures.
Must Have
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with chemicals and flammable materials.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Physically cleared to wear a respirator.
