Trident Consulting is seeking a " Production Technician” for one of our client in " Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)" A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $33/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Training on Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), then Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Job Summary
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in aseptic/cleanroom environments within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and make process-related decisions after training.
- Experience following GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing activities in aseptic and classified cleanroom environments.
- Support equipment preparation, stopper preparation, inspection, packaging, sanitization, and autoclave operations.
- Maintain compliance with aseptic processing and quality standards.
- Oversee and support manufacturing team activities, ensuring process execution and performance.
- Obtain and maintain Aseptic Core certification through company training.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve routine production issues while ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in one or more areas: Aseptic Processing, Cleanroom Operations, Equipment Preparation, Inspection, Packaging, Sanitization, or Autoclave Operations.
- Previous leadership or team oversight experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
