Trident Consulting is seeking a "Production Technician” for one of our clients in " Indianapolis, IN” A global leader in business and technology services.
Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $21/hr. on W2
Type: Contract-W2 (Temp-to-Perm)
Shift:
- Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)
- Virtual interviews
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vial washing, capping, inspection, and packaging
- Support sterilization and component preparation
- Operate and set up production/packaging equipment
- Follow SOPs, batch records, and cGMP guidelines
- Verify calibration and material identification
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality compliance
- Handle hazardous materials safely
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (college coursework preferred)
- 2 years aseptic manufacturing experience in cGMP pharma
- Knowledge of GMP compliance and documentation
- Good communication and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vial washing & capping
- Familiarity with packaging/inspection processes
- Basic MS Office skills
Physical & Work Conditions
- Lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk frequently
- Exposure to chemicals, mechanical equipment, controlled environments
