JOB DUTIES:
CNAs will provide basic, bedside nursing care for sick, injured, convalescing, elderly, and physically or mentally disabled persons in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
We are searching for CNAs able to work as needed!
CNA DUTIES:
- Assists patients in dressing or undressing, bathing, or eating.
- Performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures if needed.
- Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs.
- Documents patient interactions as needed.
- Reports to a registered nurse or manager.
- Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Clean background check
- Requires an unencumbered Nursing Assistant Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) California state license.
- Must have a BLS-American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of recent NA or CNA experience in a hospital or post-acute environment.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work a regular schedule.
HOURS:
- Full-Time Position
- Day and Night Shift Available
COMPENSATION:
- 30,000-50,000 Annually
DRESS CODE (*=Strictly Enforced)
- SCRUBS in any combination. Must be professional in appearance.
