Certified Nurse Assistant
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team!
You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
• Must be actively licensed in the state of California as a Nursing Assistant
• CPR or BLS Certification,
• Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
• Driver's License or State ID
• 6 months experience working as a CNA
Responsibilities
• Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
• Perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
• Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
• Receiving and escorting visitors
• Providing quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction
• Medication Management
• Following infection control techniques in performing patient and resident care
• Observing and reporting signs and symptoms of changes in condition
• Exchanging information necessary for quality patient/resident care
• Prioritizing patient/resident activities based on current care needs
• Maintaining all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy Benefits
