Service Desk Analyst

Summary

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first contact for customers who need technical assistance via phone or email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer issues via phone, email, in-person, and chat.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
• Experience with O365.
• Dependability, reliability.
• Common sense, logical.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with the following:
• Active Directory;
• Microsoft Intune;
• Mobile Device Management.
  

This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity with potential to extend with our Charlotte, NC client.
