Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the organization’s Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role will oversee data governance, reporting, and system integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite via MuleSoft while supporting cross-functional teams: Marketing, Finance, Development, and Operations. The position requires a senior-level professional who can balance system ownership, user support, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Expertise in user management (roles, profiles, permission sets, security).
- Experience configuring objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and page layouts.
- Experience managing sandbox environments, testing, and deployments.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (administration and support).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems.
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
- Salesforce Advanced Admin Cert or Salesforce Certified Platform Admin II Cert required
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
