Responsibilities
- Manage global PC and laptop inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock across regions.
- Maintain accurate spot numbers and device counts across multiple global locations.
- Oversee lifecycle management including forecasting replenishment needs for upcoming starters and planned device refresh cycles.
- Monitor and interpret device management data (e.g., ServiceNow), identifying gaps and future Requirements
- Coordinate multi-unit PC and laptop orders, ensuring alignment with Contract terms and budget.
- Analyze lead times, pricing trends, and supply chain constraints to reduce delays and optimize buying decisions.
- Collaborate with Procurement on creating POs, communicating with vendors, and managing ongoing purchases.
- Evaluate opportunities to stay ahead of device shortages, supply risks, and pricing changes.
- Partner with Finance as a PO accountant at a high-level, ensuring budget accuracy and tracking spend.
- Support budget planning for annual and quarterly device purchasing.
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets, forecasting models, and operations dashboards.
- Build and present clear documentation including slides, summaries, and Excel reporting.
- Translate inventory data and operational insights into user-friendly communication for stakeholders.
- Ensure precise wording and alignment during reviews with OAMs and operations leaders.
- Assist with implementing AI-based tools to streamline forecasting, inventory tracking, and operational workflows.
- Provide feedback on process improvements and automation opportunities related to device management.
- 3 years of experience in operations, inventory management, IT asset management, or related fields.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, forecasting models, data analysis).
- Experience with device management systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
- Familiarity with procurement workflows, budgeting, and purchase order tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across global time zones.
- Experience working with AI-enhanced operational tools.
